Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the BCB8 platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
These are the six most important areas covered in the BCB8 Terms and Conditions. Full details are in the clauses below.
You must be aged 21 or above and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction to open and use a BCB8 account.
All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported methods include Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Abuse of promotional terms may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
BCB8 operates a zero-tolerance policy against match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraudulent activity. Violating accounts will be permanently closed.
Each player may hold only one account. Identity verification (KYC) is required before first withdrawal. All submitted documents are processed under our Privacy Policy.
BCB8 provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. We take player welfare seriously and support those who need help managing their activity.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", "Player") and BCB8 (hereinafter "BCB8", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bcb8.cam (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Website").
By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the BCB8 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the BCB8 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific promotion terms published at the time of an offer.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the BCB8 Platform and may not register or maintain an account.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"Account"
The registered user account held by a Player on the BCB8 Platform, used to access betting and gaming services, manage funds, and redeem promotions.
"Balance" / "Wallet"
The MYR-denominated funds held within a Player's BCB8 Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credit as separately tracked.
"Bonus Credit"
Promotional funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions separately communicated at the time of grant. Bonus Credit is not immediately withdrawable.
"KYC" (Know Your Customer)
The identity and address verification process required by BCB8 for compliance purposes, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
"Services"
All products, features, content, and functionality made available via the BCB8 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and customer support.
"Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover"
The minimum total wagering volume a Player must accumulate before Bonus Credit or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money balance.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"
Any territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and from which BCB8 does not accept registrations or wagers.
Registration and use of the BCB8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:
BCB8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Accounts opened in breach of these eligibility conditions are void, and any funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the BCB8 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.
You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is true, accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. BCB8 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BCB8 will treat any activity carried out under your Account as having been authorised by you. You must notify BCB8 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. BCB8 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate BCB8 staff or other players, or contain profanity or hate speech. BCB8 reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion.
All financial transactions on the BCB8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a deposit is made via a cryptocurrency payment rail (e.g., USDT TRC20), the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name. BCB8 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. BCB8 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. BCB8 will not process a withdrawal until the Account's identity verification status is confirmed. Typical processing times are as follows:
Stated processing times are typical ranges and are not guaranteed. BCB8 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. BCB8 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances after written notice to the Player's registered email address. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
A wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by the BCB8 platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. BCB8 reserves the right to reject or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where it is placed after the advertised closing time for a market, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the wager would constitute a prohibited activity under these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, market type, and Player account history. BCB8 reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake available to any individual Player where betting patterns indicate unusual or potentially harmful activity.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a wager has been accepted at the stated odds and a confirmation number issued, those odds are locked for that wager. BCB8 uses decimal odds format by default; Players may elect to view odds in alternative formats via account settings.
Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules, BCB8 reserves the right to void all wagers placed on that event and return stakes to the respective Players' accounts. Specific void rules for each sport are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
In-play betting is subject to additional terms. Wagers placed on events that have already concluded, or on outcomes that are already determined at the time of placement due to a delay in data transmission, will be voided regardless of the displayed odds or market status at the time of placement.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by BCB8 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the stated rollover multiplier applies to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount — as specified in the individual promotion). For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement necessitates RM1,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagers on certain game types may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, as specified in each promotion's terms.
BCB8 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing wagers to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk; participating in promotions from Prohibited Jurisdictions; and any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, BCB8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the offending Account.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. BCB8 reserves the right to deny a promotion to any Player where it determines that the spirit of the offer's eligibility criteria has been circumvented.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BCB8 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
BCB8 is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. The KYC process must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal request can be processed and may be triggered at other points during the account lifecycle at BCB8's discretion.

BCB8 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents in satisfactory form. If additional information is required, BCB8 will contact the Player via their registered email address. During the pending KYC period, the Player's Account may be restricted to deposit and gameplay only, with withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the BCB8 Privacy Policy. Documents are stored on encrypted servers and are accessible only by authorised compliance personnel.
All content on the BCB8 Platform — including but not limited to the BCB8 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, graphics, page layouts, text, data, and game content — is the intellectual property of BCB8 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BCB8 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from BCB8.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BCB8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.
BCB8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BCB8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. BCB8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and resolve technical issues promptly.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting BCB8 customer support. Any positive real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided that the balance does not include Bonus Credit that has not met its wagering requirement.
BCB8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:
Where an Account is closed by BCB8 due to a proven breach of these Terms, BCB8 may withhold some or all of the funds held in that Account. BCB8 will provide written notice to the Player's registered email address setting out the basis for the closure.
Players may voluntarily request self-exclusion from the BCB8 Platform for a defined period or indefinitely via the Responsible Gambling settings in their Account. During any active self-exclusion period, the Player agrees not to attempt to access the Platform directly or via any other route. BCB8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, BCB8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of the BCB8 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which BCB8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent BCB8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

BCB8 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 28 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.
